Mrs. Farkhunda Zahra Naderi was born 1981 in Kayan Village, Baghlan province and currently lives in Kabul.

She is the daughter of the Afghan spiritual Ismaili religious leader, MNA Sayed Mansoor Naderi.
Naderi finished her primary and secondary education in Kabul and Baghlan provinces and completed her baccalaureate in 2001, at Harrow Girl’s High School, in the United Kingdom.
She then entered college in England and completed her studies in Tashkent. In 2004, Naderi joined the Law Faculty at the Westminster International University in Tashkent, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts and Legal Studies in 2007.
